Some people say they have never felt better since they switched from real sugar to sugar substitutes. They use it for cooking and in the drinks they consume. This way the don’t feel like they are missing out on something. They can still enjoy a glad of refreshing iced tea with a sugar taste.
While consuming too much sugar certainly isn’t good for you, make sure you only use sugar substitutes in moderation as well. If you have experienced some health issues after starting to use a sugar substitute you should stop using it immediately. It may contain ingredients that your body isn’t responding well to.
