The entertainment for a bridal shower can be tricky because you want for people to be having fun. There are plenty of fun games you can play though to get everyone involved and having a great time. For those people that don’t know each other, it can help prevent them from feeling like they don’t belong there.

One really fun game to play at the bridal shower involves the names of the bride and groom. Write their first names and their last name on a piece of paper at the top. Make photocopies of it and then hand one out to each guest. Make sure you have plenty of pens or pencils on hand. Give them a time limit to make as many words as they can from the letters in the name.

You can also give the guests pieces of paper that have five by five columns on the like a BINGO card. They have to write in the names of various gifts they think the bride will receive. They can get a prize if they finish a row or if they get all the spaces on their card. It depends on how large of a group you have.

This isn’t as much fun though if the bride registered for the gifts she wanted. This is because all of your guests will have a list of the items she wanted. This game also doesn’t work well if the bride doesn’t want to open her gifts at the shower. Many brides to be want to share the experience with their soon to be spouse.

A very fun game is to give each of the guests a small clothes pin. Choose something to be the object for the clothes pin. For example, if they say a certain word or cross their legs. The person catching them doing this activity will get all of the cloths pins that the other person has collected.

Make sure you purchase some prizes for the winners of the bridal shower games as well. You can offer gift certificates, bath wash, candy, picture frames, and many other delightful gifts that your guests will enjoy winning.
