Spending time outside is a great way to enjoy nature as well as to get exercise. Most of us work indoors so being out in the open is a nice change. Statistics show that children and adults spend less time outside that ever before.
This is due to the technology available now including video games and the internet. It is a good idea to get outdoors though and get away from such indoor activities. Everyone needs to exercise and sitting on the couch or in front of your computer just isn’t going to take care of that need.
There are so many great outdoor activities to choose from that you should never be bored with your options. If you dread what you will be doing outside then you aren’t going to be motivated to do it.
