Airports are generally full of people hustling to and from their flights. However, before they can get there or upon arriving they have to have another form of transportation. Many people drive to the airport in their own vehicle. They leave it in the parking facilities and then return to it once they come back. This is very convenient, especially if you are taking a flight that departs or arrives at strange hours. However, parking at an airport can charge up to $10 a day.
You can take a taxi cab from your home to the airport and get dropped off at the front door. This is extremely convenient and you don’t have to worry about how far away from the airport entrance you are. During high volume days at the airport this is even more convenient as parking may be scarce. If you will be traveling for several days, you will find it to be cheaper to pay for a taxi than for the parking anyway. It is likely that you have a good friend or family member that will be willing to drop you off and pick you up at the airport as well.
